that's sick. Even if they are never gonna assault a child, just the act of looking at child porn is frakked up. And don't start with the whole "teenage porn is not child porn thing". The law says 18... and that's the law.

I don't think p0rn is wrong but I do feel that the age limits must be adherred to (plus I think it's pretty disgusting that people get their kick out of it).

Censorship is bad, in my opinion.

This law wasn't created to keep sick individuals deprived of their porn. It was created to protect children. So if censorship proves not to help the case, then it should be done without.

At the same time it is also ****ing ridiculous to charge a minor with a sex offense for being in possession of nude pictures of herself. I mean, who are you protecting by ruling against a child like this? ****ing no one.

The judge obviously isn't worth his/her salt when they let their own values interfere with the law like this. It's obvious the judge is a prude and is just exercising his power to enforce his own values about sex/nudity onto the girl.

When laws become antagonistic like this you know it's being abused, or shouldn't have been created in the first place.
