Linking FNB With Paypal

I did - obviously just not when I was there.

It's basically a blank page where they can just put up a link on the page saying "Link to PayPal", but no, they have to hide it on this little excuse of a menu they have.

It's as though they make it deliberately difficult with a specific sequence we have to follow. It took me a while too, eventually figured it out my trying all the combinations.

well its not much of a necro, but still.
Guys I need help.
according to pay pal my account is verified. according to FNB my account is not verified.
so after I jump through all the loops and find the hidden away button that gets you to link the pay pal account, I get to the last step, log in to pay pal, and then an error comes up. this is quite annoying.

Can someone explain what I am doing wrong or what I need to do with Bitex to move pay pal to bit coin to actual ZAR?

I was also getting an error as I hadn't entered my postal code correctly, once I did that it linked fine. I suggest you phone the FNB helpline (0861-PAYPAL). I waited about 15 minutes and the lady was reasonably helpful and I finally got it linked. I still haven't tried to get any of the funds out of paypal yet as I haven't decided what I'm doing with it and I was also wondering if bit coin might be the better router. Any info appreciated!

At least you guys can link your cards. Smart Account cards cannot link to PayPal for whatever reason. Had to submit a support ticket to PayPal and get a call from a nice friendly call center lady in America to learn this.

How did you move the money from Paypal to Bitx? I have a BitX account, but don't see an option to buy Bitcoins with Paypal?

How do you do this. I also have a bitx Card but can't see the way to do this. Please help guys. I have linked my bitx card to my pay pal account but if I elect to withdraw, it keeps saying "you need to register a US bank account"

Hi everyone. When I click on my paypal account under fnb (which worked before), I get an "E96 user not permitted to access this process" message. Any idea what this is?

Click the menu button.

What I didn't realise is that that "menu" was different from the previous menu... There was a grey area on the left with "Link PayPal Profile" link as the first one... Only after reading through this post from 2015, you finally helped me do it! Thanks
They REALLY need to redesign their website to make it more user friendly.

So after that I got an error:
"(E-8066) You are unable to perform this function as there are certain fica requirements outstanding. Please contact 0861 Paypal (729725) for assistance"
So I still need to submit some FICA documents... good... now where is the link to show me what and where to submit what documents?? After another goose chase I finally found the website! For anyone else struggling, this is for you:

I have now sent an email to "[email protected]" to as what documents to submit.
Hopefully this process is completed shortly.
