Linux Desktop Screenshot Thread

I must confess....I went over to the dark side. :(

I don't really customise my desktop.

I change the background to whichever standard one it ships with that I like the best and that is the extent of my customisation. I remember when I first started using Ubuntu I used to customise the stuffing out of it. My poor graphics card was rendering flame text in editors, using that goddamn cube etc.

Oh wait I also put a terminal icon on the upper panel and I customise the terminal window keyboard shortcuts so that I can move through the tabs faster using shift + left/right. :p

I still like a good wallpaper, but that is the amount of customization I do nowadays.

Just want to switch the pc on and start working, or playing, or surfing, or burning....you know, those sort of things.

What a empty desktop. Are you a neat freak ponder? :-)

:o Hehe, before taking that screenshot I moved the 2 million icons & crap on my desktop into that tmp folder sitting on the desktop second from the top :D

My desktop is usually a mess and every couple of months I just move all the crap into a folder. Can't let the MyBB peeps see my dirty desktop :D

Ag let me guess...you want to make it look like your HTC Desire HD homescreen dont you?! lol

hehe....my Windows 7 desktop and Desire HD desktop looks very similar....well, same sorta wallpaper. :)

You're such a clever Borg!

Just got conky going like I wanted it, so here is the current screenshot:

Edit:
Photobucket does not do it justice...

Doesn't look too shabby!

*You can change settings for Photobucket, just fiddle round a bit. ;)

Looks like you posted the thumbnail image. Change it in your settings to the full picture link.
