What program can I use to play DVD's with menu's and all on Linux?

What distro are you using?
Smplayer, kmplayer, vlc, kaffeine is some of the ones I use.

Depending on what distro you need to install some extas to get video to play.

EDIT:
I take it you are using Ubuntu?
Do a search for "Karmic DVD playback", that should sort you.

U will need the below:
libdvdcss2 (gets installed together with VLC I think)
libdvdread
libdvdnav

You must enable restricted in your repositories before trying to install the above via synaptic

I use VLC...works like a bomb with dvd's once the libs are installed.

hehe....and what do you know...I learnded all that on Ubuntu forums and google. Yay for open source community support. It is guys like you kingrob and many others that are willing to take a few moments and help noobs with something that might seem mundane to us, but a challenge to them. :)

At some stage we all were little noobies curious to try something new and exciting and had to learn.

I am sorry...I am of course exluding the ones that just came out of the uteris asking to use the terminal :D

ROFL!!!!! :D

This just made my day & the fact that I got an eGroupware server running on CentOS 5 server 4am this morning! Whoohoo!!!
