Hey Guys
Small tip to save you some time
If your chrome somehow gets stuck in full screen mode and F11 just wont work same for killing the process and restarting it.
what i did was browsed to ~/.config/
And moved my google chrome settings for my user account to another folder
mv google-chrome/ google-chrome2/
reopened it and that's it.
