Lip service?

I had some (slow) responses from them when I needed some help.

I guess CellC's commitment to the forum as an avenue of customer service has changed?

As part of their official duties, the rep would only have x amount of time allocated to MyBB.

Like most call centres, they're probably understaffed...

ok I will give you another chance
looks like you forgot about my problem. cell-c technical department came to my place to test the signal,
they said I am between 2 towers that's why my signal keep on bouncing between the 2-tower(not the lord of the rings) but 2 cell-c towers.
that was 3-months ago, not a bip since then
