Lithium Ion Batteries

He means show us your System Mode / Work mode 1 screen, the one that looks like this:

I'll bet that you have a entry at 05H00 that states discharge until 80%.
And another at 07H00 telling it to discharge to lower than 80%.
Mine they made some alterations current settings.

OK so that's a rookie mistake. Your first entry should start with 00H00, the second one from 09H00 and so on, chronologically. The way you have them right now makes no sense and they contradict one another.

Installer made those changes not ME.
Explain System 2 what is this for?

Want to run inverter during night from bat.

How deep do you want to discharge your batteries?

Let's check basics: Do you have battery comms? Post a pic of your LiBMS screen, the one that should look similar to this:

Before we do Mode 2, first sort out the timer, then check that the CT coil is installed correctly.

Another thing worth checking: your timer is messed up and that seems to suggest that your inverter does not have the latest firmware. Post a pic of the menu screen, the one with all the icons, it will tell us what the firmware revision levels are.

OK, so what is good is that it seems that you have good comms with the battery.

The CT coil needs to be reversed to fix it, you can either swop the two wires on the inverter, or turn the CT around at its install point. This is quite important, otherwise your PV and batteries will export to power the grid :crying:

The firmware definitely needs an update, do you have a stick logger? If so you can ask your installer to schedule one for you, it can take 30 minutes or so and there will be a few seconds without power

Best to get all of these things corrected before proceeding with any settings.

Ok CT coil wire is swapped. Nice Torx screws and Push terminals

Cool, so let's see your system mode screens, work modes 1 and 2. Also need to know how deep you want to cycle your batteries (Pylontech UP5000 have a 95% DoD).

Are these the screens you want?

OK, I would set it like this:
View attachment 1327966

Work mode 2 looks OK.
00:00 to 09:00 slow production
09:00 to 11:00 production picks up
11:00 to 13:00 producing more
13:00 to 17:00 same as above
17:00 to 22:00 production slowing down
22:00 to 00:00 comes to a crawl

What are these settings for can you reveal? No tick marks on Grid or Gen
