Well it's too late for Sparrow. Momberg was charged with crimen injuria so they still have that card. But this will have far reaching consequences if upheld. Casually using certain words will certainly no longer be against the law.

Some flag touched you on your studio? I also want to think this stupid 'Y' is ugly but don't want to ban people using it.

The country is in a worse state now than during then. So we going to ban the new one?

You're assuming it was just bad for everyone just like assuming nothing good came of colonialism. There was a lot more discussion about the old (not apartheid) flag and what it represents for people. You're missing the point that all discussion there is now is around how free speech is curtailed.

that's all it represents. Deal with it. Tired of hearing about what you think colonialism did for SA. SA was find before it. Didn't know better and had no complaints. That's your excuse for every country the robbers set foot in. If you look at all those who are ok with that flag, you'd see its white only. You wont get it.
