If you select High efficiency AAC only uses 1.5mb per 3 minutes. So 30mb in an hour.

Just use Apple Music with your phone with nice noise cancellation headphones for the office.

Personally prefer BBC radio 1 or Cliff Central in the Car compared to the rubbish we have locally on FM.
