Power utility Eskom says that the risk of load shedding will be low from today (13 December) to 13 January 2013.

Don't worry, 2019 is going to be a hellride for loadshedding. The only reason it isn't likely to happen now is because demand is so very low during the holidays. Winter is going to be $@#%.
