Loading Airtime

This is the message I sent to MTN this morning as the numbers 555 & 141 are still not operational

I am now getting very upset. I bought the 27/04/2008 R180,00 worth of airtime to be converted to data as I will be traveling and need access to the internet, only to find out I can not load this airtime & convert it to airtime uptill now the 28/04/2008 due to your 555 & 141 services being unavailable. I think this is unacceptable as I now have to spend extra money to access the internet in a different way. Time to look at a new service provider where I can spent my money with
 
OK Managed to load and convert through USSD Codes which I found here on MyADSL, wonder why they are not published or easy to find on the MTN website, or that the operators on 173 could not inform me it is still working through ussd, but just not with dialing in as that part of the system seems to be broken.

Thumbs down to the service of MTN & knowledge of their support staff. Thumbs up for MYADSL

Mind telling us what exactly you did. You know explaining like im a 2year old, just incase the problem occurs again. My bundle runs out in two weeks, i think, or a week.
Anyone knows how to check when you loaded a bundle
