Loading Data Bundle

Hi, I'm on MTN Anytime Top Up and i need to load a data bundle... when i dial 141 it does not give me the option to do so... so how do i go about loading the bundle? :confused:
 
call 808. They will add the data bundle. However the data bundle will not be deducted from your airtime it will be added to your bill.

If your bill is R100 and you add a 10mb bundle it will now be R110

This is exactly what they told me... :rolleyes: ... i think it's better to use prepaid, so i can load data whenever i need it.
 
Does the MTN representitive have anything to say about this?

This has me quite pissed off. Especially since the number you dials says you need to be a topup, AnyTime .... subscriber. I AM on AnyTime!!!

I have more than enough airtime to buy the R10 package, I don't want to add the cost to the contract! Seriously, their technical staff need a boot up their ass to get their system to work like it should.

Thanks for that, ive made mention of this to the big bosses and their marketing counterparts about 3 weeks ago when i ask for your suggestionsss

Like i ssssaid at the time i cant gaurentee ( i know i spelt that work wrong, happenss every time) that the idea will be implemented but i have brough it to their attention- in the meantime though im afraid thats the way things are working at present FaTaL.
