call 808. They will add the data bundle. However the data bundle will not be deducted from your airtime it will be added to your bill.
If your bill is R100 and you add a 10mb bundle it will now be R110
Does the MTN representitive have anything to say about this?
This has me quite pissed off. Especially since the number you dials says you need to be a topup, AnyTime .... subscriber. I AM on AnyTime!!!
I have more than enough airtime to buy the R10 package, I don't want to add the cost to the contract! Seriously, their technical staff need a boot up their ass to get their system to work like it should.
