Local access

If we had unlimited local when ADSL first came out in SA why are all there excuses cropping up a few years later that their infrastructure needs upgrading to comply? Its utter BS! And we just sit back and take it. *sigh* Why isn't anyone asking these questions to Telkom/ICASA?

You just don't understand do you? Telkom has taken pains to explain that it has sufficient bandwidth available except when it does or doesn't depending on which Chinese maths are in effect or not in effect or whatever the argument for or against is applicable or not. Or words to that effect. Or not.

Clear now? :D

Wow, it's been how long since these regulations have been in place and we are STILL paying for local bandwidth!! Could it possibly take five years to implement the technology to distinguish between local and international bandwidth?

Seacom will land and then we'll all have better things to do, other than try and get free local access :p

Seacom will land, and free up telkom's network allowing telkom account users to more available bandwith... Here comes an issue, how is telkom going to screw us over?
