I have used up my international cap, now i have unlimited local cap...but the thing is what do you do with it lol
Are there any cool local sites for downloads and such things, ananzi isn't much help really.
What does everyone use theirs for?

Not really for your local/international problem... Perhaps try finding some local newsgroups
