I have a telkom 3gb international cap and 20 gb local cap 4mb line. My question is this is the 20 gb cap useful for anything besides email.

With 20GB local I can download 28 700MB XviD movies. So yeah it's pretty useful.

use alt.binz
use the server news.saix.net with alt.binz and only allow 2 connections
find .nzb file of what you want to download.
