Name and shame the owners of the dogs.
I would give something (both if you know what I mean) to live in a town like OP's with the lovely animals around. Unfortunately my dad sold our farm near Dordabis in Nam as part of his pension years ago, had a lot oryx, kudu, springbuck and other wild animals. Fond memories remain, brother in law still farming on neighbouring farm.
