Yeah, or you could use local ftp servers, ftp.is.co.za , mirror.ac.za ,etc

The questions never stop, and ever since the demise of IS no one even wants to talk about news servers anymore seeing as they're scared that 1 extra person might worsen it more.

Anyway I think the correct response to Hazard is, you can't get into the local Torrent circles forget about it. And the local FTP sites don't exist, at least not for what you're looking for.

That leaves the news-servers, which has been brought down by all the new people that keep accumulating. But feel free to search the forums for more info.
