Every account with them get's free dynamic dns, without you having to run a DDNS client, or anything.
E.g. yourname.xdns.co.za is updated everytime you login, without you having had to do a thing.

Any idea how to setup the local DYNDNS. I get this error “Server did not send salt”
I don’t c any sample files that explain everything. Pretty much in the dark and can only assume things, been trying everything and bout to throw the towel in.
I have tried all the DYNDNS client software with no luck. Can sum1 plz post version software that they know works with dyndns.co.za. And maybe a brief description how they did it
Which ISP are you using for the local only accounts?
It would b on the IS backbone with Bradedinternet
Switch to OpenWeb as they also offer IS accounts and their accounts have a dyndns service. Their price will most probably be better than the brandedinternet prices.
I am aware of Open-Web they are an good ISP, but life isn’t always that straight forward, Most of my customers don’t want to change there email.
Question is how2 get the local DYNDNS working. Ells I think I am not going to stress to much since most ppl agree there is enough bandwidth for NO-IP or DYNDNS.ORG to update on a local cap. Thanks anyway
Is there a need for a service like this in the broad sense?
I'm in, pm me when you are running. I need quite a few accounts if the price is right.
