Local /International account

Hi GUys

Which ISP offers SAIX accounts that offer 10 or 30 GB local free.
Also can this difference between local and international traffic be
monitored from the first meg. or does the local only kick in when
open access is finished

Telkom internet accounts offer 10GB local free for every 1GB of international, so 1GB int is 1GB int plus 10GB local, 3GB is 3GB int and 30GB local.

Telkom does "blend" the usage though, so local and int does not count separately, you can use a 1GB international like WebAfrica prepaid or Axxess prepaid however (I'd go with WebAfrica, they respond to emails, unlike Axxess)

I have a problem with this Telkom thing. Some months I've managed to get 9GB on their 3GB account before being capped. It's that shared bandwidth pool thing. Now they state you will be billed for local bandwidth over the amount "on promotion". So if they not capping international correctly, what is gonna stop them from just billing for anything on my local as reported by their usage portal?
