guys are there any local only irc servers? ive tried irc.shadowfire.org but it wont let me in, im capped up to my ears of course ;(

Can't join #5fm, tells me to register, which I did and then when I join, tells me to identify even though I have.

(I have disconnected, identified etc... still doesn't work)

I know efnet also has a local server, dont know how uptodate it is with all the rooms as I dont use IRC much, but its located at irc.ac.za
