Local Proxy Provider - Beat the LAG!

For those thats interested, i will am a reseller in South Africa for WTFast.com, then you will be able to pay VIA EFT :-)

How will it work:

You will buy a subscription key from me, and then login to your account on the official website and activate your key from there.

Games WTFast support:

* World of Warcraft
* Aion
* EVE Online
* LOTRO

And much much more!

Some FAQ:

How does WTFast work?

Simply put, we streamline your game data to the game servers. We ensure that your game data uses the fastest and most reliable path to get to the game server, greatly improving your responsiveness in the game. In real-world terms, when you normally play the game, your data is often going down slow sidestreets and alleyways when you play. With WTFast, your data is on a fast freeway with no speed limits - right to the game server! The majority of users who try WTFast do see a noticeable improvement, it is free to try.

Is WTFast save to use?

Yes! Ultimately we are just directing your game traffic. You still have the exact same live, secure connection between your computer, the WOW game servers and the WOW authentication servers. We are not cheating or hacking the game in any way, no modificaiton to WOW or the WOW game data is being made. Our service is similar to using a fast proxy or VPN connection to play; this is an accepted connection method, currently there are tens of thousands of gamers worldwide who already do this so they can play from college or work, or even troops overseas are examples.

If you search through the official WoW forums, you will find blue posts from offical Blizzard representatives helping players and giving feedback with regards to playing WoW through a proxy. You will not find a single message in the forums from a Blizzard representative stating that a proxy cannot be used. There is language in the TOS that could be misconstrued to assume Blizzard is against proxies, but the reality is that this language is there to stop people from running illegal WoW game servers and other malicious activities. (i.e. playing WoW with private servers for free). WTFast is safe!

Why the local provider if i can get it from overseas?

Good question! It would mostly benefit those that dont have any payment method to do the payment overseas, via paypal or with a credit card, But anyone would be welcome to get there keys from me once we go live!

How would i pay you locally?

Via EFT :-)

Does WTFast inproves my latency?

Offcourse! I did alot of test from South Africa and WTFast is probally the best to use here, When you login to the WTFast client it auto search the best server for you with the best latency.

How much will this cost me?

1 Month: R45
3 Month: R120 Save R15
6 Month: R225 Save R45
12 Month: R450 Save R90

please let it have its own software, cba to setup putty etc :P

It will have its own client dont worry :) No need for you to setup putty or freecap, You will simply just install the WTFast application, then login with your account, then it will auto find the best server for you, and then you choose the game you play and you good to go!

Where can like to be your WTFast servers hosted?
I am expecting your servers hosted right next to the Scarshield Legion WoW EU servers, and I need you to give me details of the upstream routing providers you are using, or at least actual in-game latency figures during 6 different times during the day on weekdays and weekends on our different backbone providers.

I currently play on Lightbringer - EU, without WTFast crowded cities ( Stormwind ) i receive 500 - 600ms, sometimes lower sometimes even more! With WTFast i tested yesterday and i received 250ms!! most i got was 300ms

And i have tested with Battleping,Smoothping and they did not drop my latency at all.

But there will be a trial option for you to test if this works for you first, before you buy your monthly keys :-)

i would also like your kidney's, perhaps a liver aswell. Also what is your blood group?

Dave. Firstly while you can be demanding he can also tell you to get stuffed. if you go to gamepath, lowerping or any other bigger provider and ask what you just did they would just point blank ignore you.

Having a service in this country "local" will not work. The issue is not the getting to the upstream, its from upstream and beyond. The upstream providers move you every different location under the sun.

Wow thats pretty crap, with gamepath i get 200-230ms constant, in 25m raids its about 260.

I have had the same success with Lowerping used in conjunction with a WebAfrica Shaped and Capped Account, and agree that BattlePing and SmoothPing are a waste of time.
Last question:
- Can I hook up my significant other on the same account or do I have to buy 2 accounts?

Why would someone give you double the traffic for half the price. Bad business model.

There will be a option to use the same account on 1 or more machines, but will cost you more offcourse for those keys :)

I really do lol at the people who say this one is better than that one ect ect.
They are all the same. different servers are at various levels of user capacity at different times of the day.
and these people who say this one is better than that one, how do you prove that, your comments are purely from your own perception.
provide some imperical evidence that eliminates all the issues that could be effecting your ping that are related to your isp/line/exchange/backbone. then compare.
And what effects your latency/ping more than anything else is the last mile and all it's associated problems.
Your ping varies more due to the load on your exchange/ISP/ Backbone in SA rather than the load on these massive servers in a data centre in europe.

It's just marketing crap and a certain amount of USP's (unique selling points) such as OWN IP, No putty client, updating, and most importantly the price.
All these servers are hosted in some western country close'ish to the game servers. the difference between hosting it in Netherlands vs france would be like 10ms (for example), this is less varience you would experience in the difference between a hot day and a cold day on your latency.
The hosting costs in europe dont vary by much and SLA's are about the same, the price differences are there due to overhead/ profit margin rather than anything else.

you are more likely to find success on making a purchasing decision based on the color of the interface than anything else..... I recommend you judge on price.

guy on vent last night. Argh I'm on Battleping and WA and my latency is high.... battleping is crap.
Well dude I'm on battleping & WA, in the same instance, same town and my latency is 260ms..... must be battleping and not your line.... couldnt be your exchange cause telkom is awsome and uber reliable infrastructure.

The USP for the OP is the payment method for which he charges a premium.... GL with that :)

Yeah dude, paying via EFT will be awesome. DOooooooo it. let me give the trial a go and see if my latency is sweet with it.
