Quick question.

If I have 2 ISDSL accounts (standard 3gb), and I cap them both. would I still be able to get full uncapped speeds between the 2 accounts, since they are both on IS's MPLS?

Or do you think IS does QoS on there ATM feeds?

as far as i understand when you are caped it only affects your international. you should still get normal full speed local access (even between accounts) until you reach the 30gig limit.
