local xbox360 online gameplay

hi guys , can anyone let me know is there a local server that we can signup on to play xbox360 games, i think it would be handy esp for people who dont have large int caps and also 4mb lines.
 
Can some rich guy not buy a server and set it up? Or not that easy?
 
Just add tons of South Africa based friends and just play games with them... add me! GT is Rueprecht.. am playing lots of CoD Mw2 ATM but keen to start playing the copy of L4D2 I bought on release day!

Would be interesting to know how Local only bandwidth works with playing games with a bunch of locals!??! Anyone given it an try?

It can not be done! Unless you find a way to route certain ports to local. The thing is that you HAVE to be on int cap to sign into LIVE!
