Locally hosted Docker service

Does anybody know of a locally hosted service that will allow you to deploy docker instances and only pay for actual usage?

Well you could just roll your own which is actually quite easy.

Grab a local VPS (or dedicated box depending on your budget) install Docker and a something like Portainer and you're off to the races.
