Locally hosted linux drivers?

I'm busy downloading Ubuntu Feisty 7.04 atm. I was just wondering if there's locally hosted video drivers (nvidia) and chipset drivers (nforce 430) for it? I'm using a local account atm and would like to download it while I download ubuntu (5 hour download -> leaving pc on during the night anyways)
