Lockdown restrictions on SAPO reduced

Acting Minister of Communications and Digital Technologies Jackson Mthembu has relaxed the regulations that were imposed upon the Post Office in the 3 May directive for the Communications and Digital Technologies sector.

Certain measures that were originally imposed upon the Post Office and Postbank pertaining to a limited reopening of branches have been removed from the directive as of yesterday.

Well, not to deliver something, but to renew your car's license disc and small other stuff?

Do Post Offices do the SASSA grant stuff as well?

I had to renew my car's license disc a while ago, only with that paper they send you, and boom, new license disc.
I found a branch that helped me effortlessly, even if there was one teller out of 5 operating there.
Most of these guys are a bit incompetent... Had to speak to the manager one day, just to get my package.

I remember the days that the Post Office was still operating full time, before the era of excuses "The system is offline" and all that other inexcusable 'excuses' and general incompetence.

So I can order stuff from China again? How's the customs backlog or did they manage to clear it during the holiday?

Jirre, now they're going to smoke jogurt powder with @Gordon_R 's magazines, get fainting spells and start a new CovID scare all over again ... :X3: :p
