Program eating my intl bandwith

I have Route Sentry set up. And recently installed logmein.com to connect to my home pc from work or were ever. But when Windows starts up, it also runs, with that I have no problem.

But for some reason it lets my international bandwith ticks over, 1mb every 5 mins. Okay so it is not logmein.com.
That is disabled, so is windows updates. ect.

How can I figure out what is using my bandwith?

Easy just install zone alarm,and switch pc off and restart pc,I am sure the prgram will ask you (do you want this to run,just say yes or know)
