Logging in to my router problems...

I've reinstalled my pc and want to log in my router to change it to brige mode. I have a billion 400 and my ISP is Telkom. How do I get my IP address and password? Ive tried admin but it doesn't work.

Billion 400g is IP address 10.0.0.2
Username: Admin
Password: Admin

if that fails reset router by holding down the button on back for 20 secs +- should reset settings

IP would be the default gateway your pc has automatically aquired from the routers DHCP service

Hi Marco type the IP address 10.0.0.2 by the address bar and when it requires the username and password TYPE admin but if it doesn't go through press the reset hole at the back of the router for 8 seconds when the lights on the router start flashing,switch off your router and switch it on again. You should be able to login with the default username and password.Please let us know what's happenning.

No sorry, I held the power button for a while and then turned off the router. I switched it on again and when the internet light went green tried to log in. It gave me the same msg. "ROUTER ADMIN PASSWORD ERROR, we were unable to connect to your ADSL router using thr admin password that you provided. Please retype the admin password."

Hi Marco please call the router support on 0860110041 and they can help you to reset your router to factory default. They helped me reset mine,they are very friendly.
