I would like to request you guys to please log calls whenever you pick up a problem. The following link has the info on how to do this:

Not only will you get support sooner but, as important, the Data Help Desk can build up common problem profiles. These profiles then help to focus resources on fixing high priority problems.
So, please log the problems, even if it's via e-mail.
It's one thing to say "There seems to be a general problem with X" but much more powerful to say "x% of customers are seeing the following".
