i'm pretty sure they would help out alot,,,i sent an email once for quild wars about my lost password. and they got back to me very quickly. i found it on my own soon after that but they were ready to get it for my with just alittle information.
I soon realized that i needed a book to write all my stuff down when i make new accounts for the internet, i know have about 10 pages of usernames and passwords for all kinds of stuff. maybe people should start doing this sort of thing it really helps, and it last forever. i prefer a book rather than on the pc you never know who might come in there and you pc could go boom anytime, a book is the way to go.
