I looked for a wireless headset for a very long time and today saw the Logitech Clearchat PC Wireless headset. So far I am very impressed – no wires and the sound is fair (lacks a bit of base and richness, but I guess it is more aimed at the VoIP market). Great to have found one of these at long last…maybe I just looked in the wrong places up to now.

Going to be in the market soon for a Wireless headset ...... maybe I should look into this one further :D

Ever since I had a wireless keyboard and mouse I was put off from wireless :p always starts off working well and then eventually disconnects, battery always dying when you need it to be working :) I'll stick to wired headphone I think

I agree with you on the wireless desktop - I lost my faith in it as well. But there is something to be said for a headset without a wire hanging somewhere. In my case the wire was always in the way – the freedom of wireless is most welcome.

more interested in the CHAT and the WIRELESS part. sound quality is not important as 99% of the time i'll listening to other people with less than perfect mic's

For listening pleasure i have a Z5500

Stay away from wireless that's how I feel. If i had to go for wireless for some reason it would probably be logitech maybe even creative.
