Hi

I have a Logitech S510 wireless keyboard and mouse combo. The keyboard has just started giving all sorts of problems and I was wondering if anyone here knew an email address or contact number of a Logitech branch here in South Africa.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure about logitech contact details, you can try www.logitech.co.za and check out their email addresses they have there.

I do know when I had problems with my keyboard before they told me to contact my local Rectron to deal with the warranty (www.rectron.co.za)

One of the batteries for my Logitech G7 mouse died awhile back. I just logged a call with Logitech, who then arranged a replacement. They gave me an MX Revolution instead.

It was a bit of a schlep to do all this, as they wanted photos of the mouse etc with the reference number, and then proof that I destroyed the mouse etc...

It was a very painful process, but I did end up with an (almost) free brand new mouse. I say almost, because I had to pay to mail the receiver and remaining battery back to them in Germany, but it wasn't much.

The problem is I bought it in the UAE. It is still under warranty so I hope I can get it repaired here.
Was that a South African number by any chance?

If I remember correctly I just logged a call via the web. They shouldn't have a problem with where you bought it.

This is a bit of a stupid question but how do you log a call on the web? I looked on the site but couldn't find out how to do it

Umm...how long did it take before they replied to you....I put mine in about 2 days ago.
