Logitech MX Revolution

Gonna be very pricy! a G7 costs R999 at Incredible Corruption.

Looking at getting the Logitek G7! Yeah baby, yeah! The Mx Revolution will be to expensive...:(
 
Lacks a few of the buttons the MX1000 does.

Hope it's not Bluetooth - it would have to deal with Logitech's not-so-good Bluetooth implementation. Never mind Logitech's lack of support for Vista etc.
 
Got to say I've always been impressed with logitech's mouses and seeing this is making we reconsider the order I just placed for a mac mouse.

My concern is with the form factor - I'm a south-paw. This is nothing new and I have become ambi-mousdress. :)
 
The new MX has taken 2 years to develop. It features a type of gear lever inside that intelligently switches scroll speed. They claim it can potentially save upto 2 hours work, if you scroll alot! The mouse was completely under wraps until yesterday (I know because I had to sign an NDA along with everyone else)! Anyway, 1k is too pricy for me, I'll stick to my MS Optical USB mouse thanks! ;)
