Ha! Good guess! The front panels are nearly identical!
It was a Zalman Z7 Plus.

I replaced it with a Zalman Z11 Plus, of which I am too lazy to post pics.

I spray painted my IO panel though since it was silver and my case is black and the theme was blue/black
