Looking for a Android Tablet for my kid

Hi Guys

As the title suggest, I am looking for a 7" tablet for my kid. I don't want anything expensive (R1000 max) but I definitely want a android based tablet. I know that are quite a few for about R1000 and under but I am unsure if they any good. Any suggestions please?

Look at used ones as you'll get better specs for the price I'd try grab a Nexus 7 2012 if you can. The Lenovo and Asus units are good too
