I am looking for a web host that meets these requirements!

  1. Storage: Min 10gb (Preferably Unlimited)
  2. Storage Type: Must be SSDs
  3. Traffic: Unlimited
  4. PHP 5.6.27 and Up
  5. PHP Memory Limit: Atleast 128M
  6. MySQL DBs: Atleast 50
  7. Server/Apache Config set for Keep Alive open
  8. Remote Access MySQL DB not required but very useful
  9. Cross Site Scripting IS A MUST
  10. Or at most minimum just a whitelist on our site so we dont get locked out when editing the site
  11. Host: Linux
  12. cPanel
  13. MySQL
  14. Emails: At least 50
  15. OPTIONAL: Free SSL certifiacte generation via cPanel

Any suggestions will be helpful.

Many, if not most popular SA hosts satisfy those requirements. It's just a question of budget and the level of service you expect...

We have contact both domains.co.za and SmartWeb, I will find out from them if that have everything.

SmartWeb doesn't enable XSS, no go.
Domains.co.za doesn't completely disable XSS, also Remote DB Access is Whitelist IP restricted, isn't too much of a problem but still annoying.
EliteHost has everything but XSS will require more information on what XSS is needed.
All of the above have a AUP.

Remote DB should be whitelisted I won't want it any other way.

Just my 2c
