Looking for a cheap car

Go to any used car dealer and I guarantee you that over 50% of the cars have had some sort of spraywork.

Maybe I should be more clear though, not like a serious accident but I'm including bumps and scrapes that needed repairs.

I think you are on to something here, I found few cars today on auto trader and cars.co.za. Immediately when I mention that I want, to take the car for a full inspection at AA. The seller stop responding to my message, which makes me think he is hiding something.

Why not get a quote first for the repairs of the Brio? Might not be as expensive as you think. Once you have your quote you can make a decision, as you mentioned it hasn't let you down before this. Buying one of the cars you mentioned second hand for around R55k could potentially come with their own problems that might need fixing.

Hang on hang on.

Wasn’t this the best car in the world that would never die and was super amazing when everyone told you NOT to buy it?

FML.

Also such a catastrophic failure should surely have some kind of insurance cover if it really wasn’t a failure on your part.

Lol I have a warranty with SA Warranty, hopefully they will help me. Nay the engine mounting broke and the engine tilted.

Is that all? I was under the impression that the engine fell to the ground? What is the the exact problem that needs to be fixed, new mounting?

Who told you R45k? Get a friend or family member that knows abit about cars to help you

So what the hell is the drama about selling the car to make up the money if you have a warranty on the thing?

And as was stated an engine mounting breaking is hardly the drama you've made it all out to be.
