Looking for a cloud-based storage solution for business purposes

As per title. The requirements:

1. We are looking for a suitable solution for medical records, personal information of patients, etc. Therefore the security of the information is the most important requirement.
2. Accessibility and ease of use.
3. Cost versus the size of the account.

I have looked at various solutions. OneDrive and Google Drive both seem to be much the same. OneDrive perhaps slightly better because the user will be uploading from Windows, MS document, and that the interface appears to be slightly easier to work with.

But are there any others that are reputable and offer top-notch security?

Amazon S3, there are also compliance locks and client side or server side encryption is simple to implement.

It is stored in South Africa, so it is local. In terms of how reliable it is, there is plenty of information on the guarantees that Amazon provides for S3.
