Normally I gently hold the fan inplace before adding any air pressure to it to avoid damage. But the amount of money I've spent so far on the canisters I could have gotten one like in the OP.

Get it from game, I saw in yesterdays paper its on special for R499. It's a steal.

I have one, bloody good for cleaning dust out of a PC.
 
Seems like a bit of money for a tool you won't use often? Our vacuum karcher wd3 can be used as a blower too, which works nicely.
 
Whichever blower you get, just make sure it has a clear mental health record. You don't want it getting bitten off by an unpredictable one...
