Sorry, I don't know of solutions for home use. For business use, I could recommend Office Communication Server, but it won't work for home use.

Well technically, it would work, but purchasing licenses might be an expensive route and implementation and support might be a bit of an issue...

I wouldnt mind having my own exchange/server 2k8/office communications server at home
