All those three rbands are good, depends on your price range but your requirements are pretty standard.

Check out the Lenovo X300. Small compact & it kicks like a mule. I setup one for a user yesterday with Win 7.

4 Gig Ram
320 Gig HDD
DVD Writer
WebCam

If I had the cash I would go out & get one. I deal with all the laptops & this one is TOP of my list its a beauty.
