Looking for an old PC racing game

To all the gaming oakes,

I am looking for a racing game back in the early 2000s.

All you could do in the game was drag racing.
But you could customize the poef out of your ride. Neon lights, stickers etc.

Was a moerse fun game for a kid.

All I know was it was limited to drag racing and the customization you could do was EPIC.

Problem is, once you knew how to shift gears in the game, basically the game was over, you could beat the game just like that.

You played to unlock all the customization

Makes me wonder what kak(Yet awesome) games I had as a kid.

I still want to upload K Game pics that a programmer copied me as a kid. Klause wrote a 4 game thing I used to play. Puzzle, paint, space invaders and can't remember the 4th.

Ok a game that looks like Juiced but far simpler. The game I'm looking for was not this advanced but almost looks like it:
