Looking for assistance with Apple ID etc

when I bought my iPad some 3 years ago my ISP was mweb and as such my mweb email address was used in iCloud. Next I was with Telekom and now have settled on gmail ( to make change of ISP easier). I'm having trouble in syncing my iPad and iTunes on my PC. As solving this could take quite a bit of back and forth exchanges perhaps one of you fund is will PM me and try and help me out.

Do you know what your password is? I also signed up with Mweb for my iTunes account. Hindsight, not a good decision.

When I switched from Mweb, I signed up for an email only account for R29 pm with Mweb. I don't use the account at all but only when I need to change my password or anything.

Edit: Provided obviously that your email account hasn't been reallocated.
