Could anyone recommend wisp in CT area with an uncapped service @ 4-10 Meg down/1-5 Meg up or as close as you know of?

Quite close actually. Your Business 5 MB would suit me quite well, but at R4000 pm is a bit steep. At that rate I'd hope for something more like 10 up/5 down, or at least 8/4.

I don't necessarily need unshaped however. The 5:1 contention ratio on your home 2MB package would work fine, and I don't need more than 1TB a month, but I need at least 4 MB, preferably more.

You seem to have the service I need, just not the right packages.
