looking for gaming case

Did the 4 red led fans come with the case or did you buy them separately?

To have the 2xHD6960 what is the minimum psu that the cards can support?

Nope, the 4 LED didn't come with the case, I had to pay a little extra for them. The total for the case including all the extra fans (I got all the optional fans) for me was like R1300 +-.

In regards to the power, 750W is the minimum and even then you must have good quality PSU.

The Antec 900-series comes with 4fans with blue LEDs in them... Not 100% sure about the 2x cards though.. Otherwise look at the HAF-series from Coolermaster, ugly, but it fits and has a LED fan..

Can you please comment on the pros and cons of your case and how the case holds hard drives and if there is any hard drive vibration dampening built in.

If you get a Sandy Bridge rig, then even a decent 650W PSU should suffice for 2x HD 6950's, while allowing for overclocking too.

I have the CM 690 II Advanced with 2x GTX 460's and I found it to be just that tiny bit too small (specifically the gap between the PSU and bottom gfx card), although everything fits without any issues.

I like the CM 690 II's clean look, but I'm not all that fond of the case.

I'd recommend the X-Predator case if you're going for a CrossFire setup, otherwise the CM 690 II remains the best case for its price.

i have a MSi x58 pro mobo with a intel i7 950. How powerful psu will i need to have for the 2 HD 6950?
