Looking for HELP

Can Anyone help me with this problem?
I have DVD Decrypter and DVD Shrink but it's some years since I used these tools which have served me well in the past. Any chance anyone can provide me with a brief refresher course as I have tried various Modes and failed.
I have done this in the past but lost my Crib Sheet.

Thanks Rickster but it's not that easy as there are different Modes such as ISO etc.

DVD Shrink makes an exact copy of a DVD, either 9.4GB to 9.4GB or 9.4 to 4.7GB.

DVD decrypter is similar with more features, use youtube if you need help.

what is your main goal? To copy DVD's or what?

Depending on what you're trying to do, I would rather use something like Handbrake or MakeMKV (one to one copy to MKV).

Thanks, I ave tried Handbrake in the past but my F-Secure didn't like the site.
