looking for ISP as backup on Openserve

Hi there

I currently have major issues with my Telkom uncapped. Every night i have slow speeds and packet loss and testing a free axxess account everything works. Now I'm looking for a isp that will allow me to buy a once off capped account for a month and doesn't bill me every month. This is only going to be for gaming so a 30GB account will be more than enough cause i will still use Telkom to do downloads etc. I wanted to get a 10/5 cool ideas account only but R399 is a bit much for just a spare account. Axxess has capped accounts for cheap but they do bill me monthly. I'm not going to use this every month and that's why i want to pay once off as I want to.

For gaming I would recommend you test

I tested them a while back and so far they offered the lowest latency so far even lower than Supersonic.

If you have a router that you can put in half bridge mode or pppoe passthrough then you can dial the spare account when you have an issue.

Yes it does but that is why testing cheap or free 1gb accounts would be the best.

Infogro offers 20GB free for like 7 days to test the network. You might as well just test it and see how they compare to other ISPs
