Data only accounts on OpenServe

What exactly do you mean by 'data only account'? This being different to regular fibre how?

One has the line bundled, one is just an account for Internet access so to speak.

I've been struggling with inconsistent service from my current provider. Afrihost and I know there is a current ongoing issue but its been the past couple of days now and it just seems its not going anywhere, is there a possibility I can get a test account from you for Cool Ideas's service?
In order to test if its a Fibre problem or if its a provider problem.
If its a provider problem Id be more than happy to take a service from you if your service is better.

If on Openserve sure we can try?

Obviously its best to give them a chance to resolve first
 
Maybe we should put a model together for backup accounts specifically.
Yes. Many businesses are using Openserve because of its stability and an alternative ISP account on Openserve is a rudimentary risk mitigation.
There are the occasional hiccups across any ISP but they are highly unlikely to happen at the same time.
