Looking for Mac Pro memory

I collect vintage Macs and have recently acuired a Mac Pro 1,1.

I'm looking to expand the memory - 240-pin PC2-5300 (667MHz) DDR2 ECC fully-buffered DIMM.

These seem to be very specific with the big heat sinks on them. Are there any local retailers / sellers that might stock this, or is EBay or Amazon my only options?
