Looking for real simple bandwidth control

Hey everybody.

I'm looking for something really simple. 20 PC's each on their own VLAN going through a proxy and then to internet. We want a solution where when one IP adress has reached a 1GB threshold it get's capped. Real simple problem but believe me Ican't find a solution.

Anybody have software of know of software for this?

Does the application allow you to cap the IP then it's threshold has been reached?

doesn't win server 2003 have a quota system.

Tad bit expensive. This is going to be a very simple network installation and we just need a program or type of proxy server to monitor usage from each VLAN and cap the IP if it reaches the maximum amount of bandwidth used. I can't believe it doesn't exist?

Thanks for the replies everyone. Rokario software has only got a bandwidth meter. I need a program that will automatically cap the usage for a specific IP. Gonna check out http://en.lanctrl.com/

The software from http://en.lanctrl.com is almost what I'm looking for but can only set the bandwidth quota per day and not per month
